This Rickenbacker model 325C64 is from third reissue series of Lennon's model 325, which was based on John Lennon's 2nd Rickenbacker, specially made for him at the direction of RIC CEO FC Hall, after he witnessed the rough state of John's 1958 325 that he played on the first Ed Sullivan show on February 9, 1964. John's guitar was assembled in one week and was shipped to John at the Deauville Hotel in Miami, and he retired his 1958 325 and replaced it with the new 1964 325 with an Ac'cent vibrato instead of the Bigsby on his first 325. This guitar is in excellent shape with its silver OHSC.
